Made on demand. 3-5 business days production, then standard transit.

Shipping

US orders ship flat rate. International orders ship flat rate. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination once the order leaves production.

Returns & replacements

Every piece is printed or embroidered on demand, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please use the size chart before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email rememberytong@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect and a package is returned to our fulfillment partner, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If a package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, email us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or ship a replacement.
